Outstanding from the moment I ordered. Quick delivery with easy instructions to get service up the pillows, duvets and mattress are amazing. The breathing airflow system has allowed me to have the best sleep I've had in such a long time. My pillows allows me to determine whether I want a sift or firm base for my head. The duvet is light especially during this hotter time if the year. We have the extra duvet to add for when the winter comes. The mattress has kept my body temperature really nice so I'm not cold in to hot throughout my sleep.

Mattress was delivered promptly.Only had the mattress 2/3 weeks so far so good, so comfy and slept great on it. Suffered with a bad back with my last mattress, but that is long gone. Here’s hoping it doesn’t dip and the good sleeps continue.

Very pleased with delivery and information given prior to delivery. We had the opportunity to receive 2 free pillows with this order.
Mattress is a little longer and wider than previous mattress, but not at all a problem. So far so good. Have only had the mattress for just over a week, and with the exceptional weather we've had it's hard to tell if a good nights sleep or not, but all in all so far very happy with the mattress. Pillows not really sure about as they are a bit harder than we're used to, not much give in them but still not caused any problems really. I would definitely recommend this mattress very happy so far. We bought King Size.

Everything worked very smoothly delivered within the time frame to the room of my choice. Just feel more details instructions on how to care for the mattress. And perhaps a printed guarantee, with dates and identification numbers etc.

We are now on our second mattress however it’s faulty it still dips and despite having mattress protector and rotating and everything else that was required the company believes that there is a problem with my bed frame. This is utterly ridiculous as my bed isn’t old and it cost a lot of money! The guy they sent out to report on our mattress was threatening and obnoxious also! This company needs to be stopped and needs to stop ripping honest people off!
Let’s start a petition and get this company shut down I say!

I bought 2 single hybrid mattresses for my teenage boys and a double for my guest bedroom. My boys love them, both describe getting a really good nights sleep and they love the firm support. My guest bedroom hasn’t been used yet.
My old mattresses were collected by 2 lovely guys on one of the hottest days on record , a really good service , very happy! 😀

Efficient removal of my old mattress.

I found everything first class when dealing with Simba. The information I received was first class and I am delighted with the product. The mattress was far superior to anything I had used in the past.

Have had this mattress for a month and am so pleased with it. I have a bad back and the wrong mattress can leave me in agony, this one is like sleeping on a dream.

Quick delivery. Quality mattress, great nights sleep. Hybrid is so much better than just memory foam. Definitely recommend the hybrid pro.

My experience of purchasing Simba mattress and it’s delivery was the best from start to finish. Ordering was straight forward. The instant confirmation of my order was reassuring. The order came on the day chosen by me, and 20 min before it arrived I received a phone call notifying me that it’s will be delivered shortly. The order was delivered in the time frame stated. The people who delivered my mattress were very polite, cheerful and extremely pleasant. They took extra care with it. As I requested to be placed downstairs, the gentleman who brought the item in inquired if I would like him to take the box upstairs. As I declined he warned me that it’s quite a heavy item, so I must not attempt to do this myself. On departure I was given couple of teddies with the delivery company logo. I have not used my mattress as yet, as I am still waiting for my new bed to arrive, but looking forward to my good nights sleep in not too distant future. As I stated at the start of my review, my experience could not have been any more straight forward and pleasant, so I can highly recommend to others.

I suffer from ME and fibromyalgia. I have an extremely expensive mattress which is filled with cashmere and silk.How disappointed I was when it did not live up to the promise of floating on air! I bought a topper after reading comments. I am very pleased to say that it has really relieved a lot of my pressure pain. I intend to replace my original mattress with Simba when I can afford to do so.Having only had my mattress for just over a year I so wish I had done more research.
